Moly is small one border collie of 18 months, we are her host family for the association BorderlineCollie (which I make part).
As regards her past, little information if it is not the malnutrition and the educational lack.
The car journey very well passed, she is lying and in slept, thus
Test transports: OK.
Arrived at the house, our dogs are in the garden, of which Hope our small deaf dog.
At the beginning it is the ignorance, but very fast both deaf get acquainted... Signals of reassurances, small call to order as regards the buttocks of miss, and it left to play!!
Sociability dogs: OK
The family which got back him before to confid her to us has already made a great job in term of "Call back", the girl is very susceptible and come to snuggle up gladly to us when we make her signs 3.
Reminder(Abseiling) rather good in classic situation (inside / garden)
She seems to have developed however a tendency for the shadows and for the sheets, the grass, in brief little any outside, she begins skipping as a hind and yapping by fixing the ground or the sky.
It is some thing which we often hear when we speak about deaf dog, and I admit that with Hope, we had this problem only little time because it stopped making it very quickly.
Then there are several theories: eye, neurological problem, or simply fixation like OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE DISORDER.
In the case of Moly, we think that she developed this habit due to the lack of activity and of interaction with the outside world, Hope always and I say well ALWAYS had an active interaction with us, that's why we chose the positive education, he proposes things, tries to find that we ask him what implies not to be in its bubble and maintains him maybe outside this kind of disorders.
We are going to try to bring out her of this small bubble, by means of our two wolves and a lot of patience, we really hope to make her "so normal" as Hope.
Wish good luck to us, and especially do not hesitate to comment our on articles!
